Q: Are there any hidden costs involved?
A: No, there are no weekly or monthly fees involved, there are no hidden costs.
Q: Do I pay for the call on my phone bill?
A: You pay for the national call while the call is connected. We take care of the international call rate.
Q: Can I recharge my card?
A: Yes, all you need to do is to deposit any amount (free of bank charges) into our bank account. Use your card number as reference.

Q: Can anyone become an agent or reseller?
A: Anyone can, but you need to be a comitted sales person, or own a shop
Q: Does the card expire?
A: Yes, 6 months after first use for R50 cards. R20 cards expires 1 month after first use. Recharging makes a card last for an extra 6 months per R50.
